Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery and groceries
- Welcome visitors and serve as the primary contact in the office
- Coordinate with building management, cleaners, tradespeople, and contractors to address maintenance or issues promptly
- Oversee office maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and other facilities
- Review supplier contracts regularly to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage parking allocations in line with lease agreements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
- Order business cards and manage related administrative tasks
- Organize appointments, conferences, and meetings, including room management
- Act as the first point of contact for local HR inquiries
- Support onboarding by processing new hire paperwork and assisting with communications
- Assist with offboarding processes and employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Provide support for recruitment processes
- Organize worldwide training sessions for various entities
