Job Title: AR Accountant with French Language Skills

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled AR Accountant with French language expertise to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including posting documents and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal customers to resolve accounting issues
  • Participate in the month-end closing process
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
  • Excellent command of English and very good French language skills
  • Good level of Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office
