As a Technical Producer, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team of Senior and Principal-level developers, driving the success of cutting-edge mobile games. This role offers a unique chance to play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable gaming experiences that resonate with millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 15 Senior/Principal developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Proactively assess risks and adjust project scope to meet timelines, ensuring the highest quality game development.
• Keep the team informed about milestones, deliverables, and goals throughout each phase of development.
• Maintain close communication with team leads to align on project needs and status.
• Provide technical and material support to ensure the highest quality game development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Producer in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on mobile games and Unity.
• Proven track record of shipping games successfully.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools.
• Strong grasp of the game development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Proficiency in C# and Unity to guide technical discussions effectively.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
