Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Accountant to join our team at HRK S.A. as a Finance Manager.

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's P&L and balance sheet, leading and managing reporting processes, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

• Manage statutory accounting and tax reporting, including the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Supervise the year-end closing process and audits.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for P&L and balance sheet management.
• Lead and manage the reporting processes, including group and statutory reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Manage statutory accounting and tax reporting, including the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Supervise the year-end closing process and audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including tasks such as transfer pricing documentation and MDR reporting.

• University degree, preferably a Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Experience with SAP ERP system, particularly the FI/CO module.
• At least 4 years of extensive experience in operational finance.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in accounting and controlling.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage tasks while also performing them independently when necessary.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish.
