At Heineken, we are committed to making our brewery the most connected. To achieve this vision, we need a talented individual to join our Digital & Technology Team (D&T). This team is an integral division of the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, dedicated to digitalizing and integrating processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of IAM tools (e.g., IdentityNow)
• Provide peer code review and ensure high-quality code
• Develop and execute test cases and test suites
• Perform QA integrations and technical configuration in Sailpoint
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM)
• Good understanding of concepts like self-service, identity lifecycle, separation of duties, and recertification
• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and policy-based access systems
• Knowledge of Sailpoint (IIQ or IDN/ISC) and basic understanding of Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Microsoft Entra ID
• Preferably, knowledge in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and basic understanding of protocols commonly used in user management/access management domain (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
• Knowledge about integrations and supporting tools, e.g., REST API, web service, tools like Postman, etc.
• Demonstrated security awareness posture and proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
