We are seeking a Communication Specialist with experience in change management to support the successful delivery of the People & Culture Digitalization global project. The role will focus on creating and managing communication assets, supporting program engagement, and ensuring a smooth transition for impacted teams and stakeholders during the global deployment and TA enhancement phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Communications Asset Creation: Develop and manage global communication materials required for the TA Enhancement and Global Deployment phases, including emails, invites, PowerPoint decks, and other relevant assets.
  • Regular Progress Updates: Provide consistent updates on the status of communication deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Change Plan Updates: Revise and update persona-based change plans to reflect communication deliverables and engagement strategies.
  • Cutover and Interim Engagement Plan Execution: Implement and execute communication activities as part of the cutover and interim process engagement plans, targeting specific impacted personas.
  • Program Communication Support: Assist with communication efforts for the TA Enhancement and Global Deployment, contributing to key forums, including town halls, team meetings, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Materials for Local Change Leads: Take the lead in developing materials and resources for Local Change Lead sessions, ensuring they are equipped to drive localized communication efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications management, ideally within a change management framework.
  • Proven experience leading communication efforts for large-scale global deployment projects.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing communication assets such as emails, invites, and presentations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to track and report on communication deliverables.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and experience working with different stakeholder personas.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Canva and similar design tools such as Adobe Spark, Figma, or Crello.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Experience in HR-related projects, particularly in Talent Acquisition (TA) and digital transformation, is an advantage.
