Solution Development Lead

The ideal candidate has experience in leading a team of software developers, ensuring they are working towards timely and robust releases. They must have a wide range of technical qualities and be able to contribute to the complete development cycle, including refining stories with stakeholders, writing code, and assisting in automated testing.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand developers, and the capacity to be the natural center of the team. The team is diverse, with members from different departments and locations, including Krakow and the Netherlands.

As a Solution Development Lead, you will be working with a range of technologies, including SAP CC, Alokai, and ElasticSearch. You will also be integrating with AI and A/B testing, ensuring a composable and efficient system.

The company is growing rapidly, with a 30% yearly increase in revenue. The goal is to become the number one webshop for car parts in Europe, leveraging the logistical expertise of the parent company and the worldwide network of GPC.
