About the Role

The Manager, Technology Asset Management is a key position within the Technology Business Operations team at Warner Bros. Discovery. This role is responsible for the successful management of a single business function, including Broadcast, Production, and Infrastructure Hardware Asset Management, End-user Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Technology Asset Management Governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the management of technology assets, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve asset management processes, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring the team is meeting its objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technology-related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technology Asset Management, including hands-on experience with IT hardware and direct interaction with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
