Key Responsibilities

As a GL Specialist at Noble Drilling Poland, you will be responsible for producing high-quality financial reports and performing various accounting and financial tasks. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closings
  • Managing and reconciling general ledger accounts, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Participating in the preparation of statutory financial statements and responding to auditor requests
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and accounting processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or reporting
  • Full professional proficiency in English (min. B2/C1)
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Understanding of internal controls and risk management
  • International mindset and experience working in a GBS setup
