Job Description
As an Event Manager at Capgemini Polska Sp. z o.o., you will be part of our marketing team in Kraków, responsible for managing and orchestrating events throughout their lifecycle. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and project management skills to create impactful and successful events that align with our business and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end event management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Translating business objectives into compelling event experiences
  • Developing and maintaining event calendars, considering attendance and sponsorship goals
  • Preparing meetings, coordinating guest speakers, and procuring necessary supplies
  • Managing conference sponsorships, calculating budgets, and conducting vendor negotiations
  • Leading event creative streams, overseeing marketing materials and branding
  • Utilizing diverse channels for promoting events
