About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an Internal Processing System Developer and Analyst to join our team in Kraków. As a key member of our internal processing team, you will play a vital role in designing improvements and developing new features for our internal processing areas.


Your Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements and design improvements and new features for internal processing areas.
  • Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities.
  • Develop and maintain internal processing system (WebCon-based).
  • Coordinate a team of analysts and developers.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation.
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Priority setting and issue resolution skills to ensure availability of core company processes.
  • Very good command of English.
  • To write complex SQL queries effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong command of Polish language (C1 level).
