Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our global team developing advanced generative AI chatbot solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in enabling Operating Companies worldwide to optimize daily operations across key functions such as supply chain finance and commerce.

Responsibilities
  • Setting Up and Maintaining Infrastructure: Establish and manage IT infrastructure for AI chatbot systems with a focus on cloud services, ensuring seamless delivery and maintenance of solutions.
  • Process Definition and Establishment: Define and establish processes for development, testing, release updates, and support in DevOps operations, guaranteeing efficiency and reliability.
  • CICD Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate building, testing, and deployment of chatbot applications and updates, optimizing productivity and reducing errors.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging systems to track performance and health of the infrastructure, ensuring quick detection and resolution of issues.
  • Security Implementation: Implement security best practices, including managing access controls, conducting security audits, and securing deployments, maintaining the highest standards of security.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with developers, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth integration of chatbot solutions within the infrastructure.
  • Scalable Solutions: Design and implement scalable solutions to handle increasing numbers of users and interactions without performance degradation.
  • Incident Management: Manage and respond to incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
  • Data Integrity: Develop and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Documentation: Document setups, processes, and automation scripts to support collaboration and future reference.
  • Tech Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role.
  • Azure Cloud Expertise: Strong expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure Resource Manager.
  • Azure DevOps Proficiency: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipelines, branching strategies, and deployment workflows.
  • Scripting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Git, Bicep, and Bash scripting.
  • Python Skills: Proficiency in Python critical for automation and integration.
  • Cloud-Native Experience: Experience working with cloud-native applications and integrating them with AI-driven systems.
  • Integration Understanding: Understanding of integration points between cloud infrastructure and chatbot solutions.
  • Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Mentoring Ability: Willingness to train and mentor team members.
  • Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
