The Credit Memo Associate position at HireRight offers an opportunity to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal and external customers to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate calculations for credit requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination and collaboration with internal and external customers to research and resolve billing issues.
  • Generate reports and analysis to ensure the accuracy of credits being requested or issued.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure proper resolution of instances leading to credit issuance.
  • Assist with month-end closing and billing audits as needed.

You will also provide support to other projects as necessary, utilizing your strong organizational and communication skills to deliver results.
