Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Advanced Analytics and Clinical Research projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and negotiate out-of-scope project work.
  • Provide input into project proposals and RFPs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with standard processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers and support the development of process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under limited direction, with strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $120,000-$160,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
