About the Role

As an Operations Manager at Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o., you will be responsible for leading operational teams on a shift, dealing with issues, and positively impacting site performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
- Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve operational excellence
- Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security

A Day in the Life

You will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations. This involves mentoring and coaching your team, meeting with different areas of the business, and deep diving into performance and risk metrics for sites.

The Customer Fulfillment team is the backbone of our business, responsible for handling over 1.5 million orders every day. With the help of emerging technology, we're constantly looking for ways to offer a bigger, better product range – delivered quickly and affordably. Our Fulfillment Centres are the 'First Mile' of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network, where most packages start their journey.
