About the Role

The Manager, Technology Asset Management is a key member of the Technology Business Operations team, responsible for the successful management of a single business function within the Technology Asset Management team. This includes Broadcast, Production, and Infrastructure Hardware Asset Management, End-user Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Technology Asset Management Governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals in the management of technology assets, ensuring efficient and effective operation of all business functions assigned.
  • Provide leadership on best practices and processes, aligning core responsibilities, strategy, and activities to add value to the business functions assigned.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills to enable sound decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in Technology Asset Management.
  • 7+ years of Technology Asset Management experience, including hands-on experience with IT hardware and direct interaction with customers, vendors, manufacturers, procurement services, and logistics providers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, research/analytical skills, and presentation communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, as needed.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, ServiceNow, and P2P systems.
