Job Title: Product Owner - Adobe Experience Manager

Square One Resources sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the technical direction and development efforts for our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AEM platform, including monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.
  • Implement best practices for platform administration, configuration, and maintenance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize platform infrastructure, including server provisioning, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
  • Lead the technical direction and development efforts for new features, enhancements, and integrations on the AEM platform.
  • Define and prioritize development tasks, user stories, and technical requirements in collaboration with development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines in AEM development projects.
  • Manage the release lifecycle for AEM platform updates, patches, and new feature releases.
  • Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and deployment activities in alignment with business priorities and release calendars.
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines for AEM applications.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including platform architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to empower team members with AEM platform expertise and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams, ensuring technical proficiency and alignment with platform standards.
  • Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability improvements on the AEM platform.
  • Conduct performance analysis, profiling, and tuning to address bottlenecks and ensure optimal platform performance under varying loads.
  • Implement caching strategies, content delivery network (CDN) integration, and other optimization techniques to enhance platform scalability and responsiveness.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integration points.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM development tools and technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and product features.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
