Job Description:

The Process Improvement Analyst will be part of the GBS ESE and Sponsorship team, supporting the External Stakeholder Engagement (ESE) CoE Senior Analyst in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the ESE and Sponsorship processes.

This role involves analyzing current processes and developing recommendations for enhancements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, along with experience working with workflow programs and MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements within the ESE and Sponsorship processes
  • Analyzes current processes and develops recommendations for enhancements
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement changes
  • Develops and implements process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role
