Labeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Labeling Engineer to join our team at 3Shape Poland Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin, Poland. As a Labeling Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our product labels.

• Design and develop new labels, as well as update existing ones, to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure labeling compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, IT, Supply Chain, and Production departments.
• Implement new label designs following our Product Design Process.
• Provide technical support for label printing and database management.
• Optimize labeling processes to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and compliance.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cross-functional team environment.
• Relevant technical education and fluency in English.
• Experience with AX or other ERP systems and familiarity with IT applications for data transition to labels.
