Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Implementation Consultant to lead financial and accounting projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365F&O). The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing financial processes, configuring D365F&O, and conducting manual tests to ensure seamless system performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial processes to identify optimization opportunities and develop customized solutions.
  • Configure and customize D365F&O to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Conduct thorough manual tests of implemented functionalities and prepare test scenarios to guarantee system stability.
  • Integrate D365F&O with other IT systems to enhance overall system performance.
  • Optimize system performance for financial processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures.
  • Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the system is seamlessly integrated into business processes.
Requirements:Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining financial and accounting systems, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert knowledge of D365 F&O General Ledger and operational processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement & Sales).
  • Experience in multi-company and international finance configurations.
  • Ability to configure and customize D365F&O.
  • Strong process design skills with a focus on system performance optimization.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Languages:

Fluent English (B2+ level), additional languages are an advantage.
