About the Project

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Databricks, Apache Spark, and Azure Data Stack. You will be responsible for defining standards, best practices, and architecture patterns, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient, scalable Data Hubs integrating multiple data sources.
  • Define best practices, patterns, and standards, ensuring consistency across implementations.
  • Mentor engineers, review code, and provide technical direction.
  • Develop batch and real-time data processing workflows.
  • Implement data validation, anomaly detection, and automated monitoring.
  • Enable seamless deployment and infrastructure automation.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong data engineering and automation expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of Databricks (primary tool) and Apache Spark.
  • Experience with Azure Data Stack, including Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, and Azure SQL.
  • Expertise in streaming data and real-time analytics.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker.
  • Ability to set direction, mentor engineers, and drive best practices.
