Tax Specialist Job Overview

At TN Poland, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team. As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the tax team in various tasks such as tax provision calculation, income tax payments, and ensuring that income tax returns and other obligations are fulfilled on time.

Responsibilities

1. Support the tax team: Assist in tax provision calculation, statutory books, and US-GAAP books.
2. Monitor income tax payments: Ensure timely payment of income taxes.
3. Ensure compliance: Guarantee that income tax returns and other obligations are met.
4. Support tax forecasting: Assist in drafting the tax forecast.
5. Prepare for audits: Produce necessary documents for tax authorities or VAT Authority inquiries.
6. Support indirect-tax team:

• Monthly VAT returns;
• VAT GL account reconciliations;
• SOX controls;
• Audit by tax authorities;

Document transfer pricing: Collect information for annual Transfer Pricing documentations.Review transfer pricing reports: Review and analyze Transfer Pricing reports.Support country reporting: Assist in drafting the Country by Country Report.Calculate depreciation and amortization: Perform calculations according to tax rules.
