Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Material Planner – Domain Trainee– French– Hybrid Katowice (CPG055474). Key to this position is ensuring sufficient material availability for internal demand fulfillment in the tactical horizon, focusing on managing material suppliers and resolving material bottlenecks.

  1. Develop and manage replenishment strategies and associated parameters for raws & packs responsible in the network in line with inventory policies and targets.
  2. Review MRP output and inventory projections, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage material exceptions across the tactical horizon.
  3. Share material forecast with Procurement and External Suppliers.
  4. Update MRP plan balancing inventory and capacity to meet material demand on-time and in full.
  5. Monitor supplier performance, identify issues, and improvement opportunities, liaising with the Commercial and Procurement team.
  6. Track and manage phase-in/phase-out of materials and BOM's.
  7. Flag master data exceptions to Master Data Management Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, applied math, or other relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of at least advanced planning systems and its functionality.
  • Knowledge of ERP functionality, experience with SAP / Oracle / JDE an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply planning (MRP planning, Inventory & Business waste management).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
