Overview:

In this role as FP&A Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial part in providing accurate and timely financial data to support decision-making and planning. You will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, collaborating with business unit heads to develop revenue and expense budgets, analyzing financial results, and presenting key insights to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed group management accounts and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop comprehensive revenue and expense budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency within the FP&A department.
  • Advocate for cost-saving initiatives and work closely with senior management to implement changes.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and operational concepts.
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics (Cash Flow, P&L).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with various management levels.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English (Advanced level).

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce and 1C.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau).
  • General knowledge of SQL.
