Salary

We offer a competitive salary based on the employment contract, estimated to be around 40,000-50,000 PLN per month, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves supporting complex offensive and defensive tenders, as well as managing smaller bids, to drive business growth and success. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver high-quality reports and presentations that showcase winning differentiators.

The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting sales support and promotional materials preparation, including word reports and power point presentations;
  • Producing high-quality reports and presentations to communicate winning differentiators;
  • Supporting marketing projects realization, in cooperation with the Marketing Team;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to produce clear and concise content. They will also possess strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and be well-organized and efficient.

A strong attention to detail, good knowledge of English, and tactful discretion are essential qualities for this role. Previous Bid Management experience or sales support project coordination would be an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Well-organized and efficient;
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to develop additional skills;
  • Very high attention to detail;
  • Very good knowledge of English;
  • Tactful with high level of discretion/confidentiality;
