The role of the AP Accountant is to ensure efficient processing of intercompany invoices and transactions, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Verify and process intercompany invoices in the accounting system, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Reconcile intercompany transactions and flows, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare and review intercompany reports, highlighting potential process improvements and areas for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PTP/AP, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (B2 level or higher) and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel, and other relevant software.
  • University background in Finance and Accounting or a related field, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
