About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting functional requirements and technical specifications, as well as providing expertise in product knowledge and feature functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope and ensure all team members understand project impacts.
  2. Communicate progress and alert project managers and stakeholders if deliverables are not achievable or are likely to slip.
  3. Main point of contact for application support teams regarding requirements and test plans.
  4. Main point of contact for internal Billtrust teams regarding customer in-scope requirements.
  5. Consistently learn and stay up-to-date on Billtrust products, capabilities, and new features.
  6. Support feasibility analysis for presales and sales opportunities.
  7. Recommend improvements to Standard Operating Procedures and Desktop Procedures documentation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or related role, along with expertise in written and oral communication, gathering and documenting requirements, and creating functional design specifications.

You should also have experience interacting and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, as well as outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Possess strong creativity and ability to think outside the box, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
