Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Renewables at Equinor. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future contract portfolio through local segment strategies, leading early phase engagement across the local supply chain, and driving change in contract relationships to maximize value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local segment strategies to shape the future contract portfolio
  • Lead early phase engagement across the local supply chain, including components manufacturers, port operators/owners, and technical service providers
  • Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationships to maximize value for the company
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of local capabilities and constraints
  • Advise and provide commercial guidance to business line and contribute to the SCM organization and Category management team
  • Ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers
  • Represent Equinor in industry supply chain networks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-level strategic procurement in the Energy sector or other heavy industry
  • Broad experience from technical and commercial procurement, ideally in the renewables segment
  • A strong network in supply chain market and relevant industrial bodies, experience in establishing relations
  • Good understanding of commercial and regulatory aspects of projects to efficiently manage interfaces with technical disciplines
  • Demonstrates high-level personal integrity and ethical awareness
  • Native Polish speaker with excellent English skills
