TN Poland requires an experienced General Ledger Service Director to oversee the delivery of exceptional financial services to stakeholders. As part of the finance leadership team, this individual will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of financial professionals to achieve exceptional service quality and meet SLA targets.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and consolidation teams.
  • Guide team members in their career development and facilitate recruitment to build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a General Ledger Team Lead and a minimum of 5 years in a Shared Services setting.
  • Possession of a Chartered Accountant certification and familiarity with US GAAP is highly beneficial.
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams of over 5 members.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance, particularly in General Ledger management.
  • Prior involvement in Shared Services transitions is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience with internal controls, such as SOX, is highly beneficial.
