Senior Fullstack Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead our technical approach, work breakdown, execution, and project delivery in the Platform Experience Team. This individual will be responsible for tackling strategic initiatives, influencing architecture, enhancing performance and security, and promoting best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product development team to get familiar with our product, technologies, systems & architecture, processes, and practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our engineering culture, codebase, and architecture.
  • Support the product development team with deep code reviews, guiding them towards better system quality and engineering practices.
  • Participate in shaping new features, POCs, breaking down technical scopes, and working in team deliveries.
  • Contribute to strategic cross-product engineering initiatives and help product development teams make pragmatic technical decisions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Python and Django framework, with experience in large-scale production.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with front-end technologies, such as Typescript and React or Vue.js.
  • Experience with building and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Ability to perform deep code reviews and connect the dots to focus on the bigger picture.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach and prioritizing customer needs.
