Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services to clients across various economic sectors. Our company has been operating since 1991 and has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland since 1996.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • SOURCE candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience for various positions, including IT and Sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with recruiting managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (C2).
  • Hybrid work mode - 2-3 days from the office.
