Accounting Operations Role: As the General Ledger Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in accounting operations at Arrow Electronics. Your primary responsibilities will include leading a team of accountants, overseeing General Ledger accounting, compliance, tax, statutory, and reporting activities, and managing financial reconciliations and controls. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing efficient accounting processes and handling regulatory and policy changes.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Advanced accounting knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  2. Proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, and ERP systems (preferred).
  3. Strong communication, collaboration, and time and team management abilities.
  4. Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  5. Regulatory expertise and risk management capabilities.
  6. Adaptable and committed to achieving results and driving efficiency.
