The External Expert Engagement Organisation is a central strategic capability at GSK, driving smooth, seamless and compliant engagement of Healthcare Providers (HCP), External Experts (EE) and Health Care Organisations (HCO) globally.

We are an integral part of Commercial Practices with the objective to lead and provide HCP/EE and HCO Engagement subject matter expertise, supporting the delivery of Promotional and Non-Promotional engagement programmes.

**Job Summary:**

  • Support core HCP Engagement processes for Local Operating Companies within the European market:

  1. Ensure alignment with GSK Code of Practice and relevant engagement policies and written standards.

  2. Deliver operational activities to support HCP/EE engagements.

  3. Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

  4. Book HCP/EE travel compliantly in line with GSK policy.

  5. Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards.

  6. Assist in the delivery of level 1 quality framework (checklists) and support QA audits (level 2-3).

  7. Suggest continuous process improvements through regular end-to-end process reviews.

  8. Provide ad-hoc support to train new team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize existing systems, tools and ways of working to enable effective, consistent and compliant delivery of HCP/EE Engagement (in conjunction with Cluster manager or Hub Director):

  1. Maintain and enhance existing processes to support business continuity, ensuring both system and process remain fit for purpose within a changing external and internal environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to understand complex IT solutions.

  • Intermediate Microsoft applications capability e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Languages: French, German and English (speaking and writing).

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in a diverse matrix environment.

**Preferred Experience:**

  • Pharma Industry experience.

  • Technical support specialists experience.

  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to deliver a consistent approach.

  • Self-motivated; works as part of a highly matrixed global team.
