Job Title: Customs Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Agent to join our team at FedEx. As a Customs Agent, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting customs declarations for exports and imports, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit customs declarations for exports and imports
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our system
  • Provide telephonic and email support to internal and external clients
  • Report to management on a regular basis
  • Prepare and analyze reports and data

Requirements:

  • Must be registered as a customs agent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customs agency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
