We are looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Lead, CEE Export Markets to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of our products with local legislation requirements in listed countries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the CEE Export Markets regulatory team and ensuring the effective management of systems and activities that impact regulatory compliance and business performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating the regulatory feasibility of new innovation project ideas and developing regulatory strategies.
  • Ensuring the proper authorization of products according to local legislation requirements in listed countries.
  • Coordinating the compliance of packaging of Haleon products with Haleon's and local legislation requirements in listed countries.
  • Overseeing the approval and compliance of advertising and promotional materials with local legislation requirements in listed countries.
  • Managing the import, invoicing, acquisition, distribution, and export of Haleon products according to local legal requirements and Haleon procedures.
  • Serving as the main contact for all communications with competent authorities in local markets.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in Regulatory Affairs with knowledge of lifecycle requirements for regulated products. The ideal candidate should have a University degree in Life science/Pharmaceutical related science and minimum 5 years leadership experience in Regulatory Affairs. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and develop your career in Regulatory Affairs.
