Salary and Benefits
As a Junior Operations Specialist in Customer Support, you can expect a competitive salary of PLN 5500-7000 gross per month, plus an attractive performance bonus up to PLN 3000. Job Description
We're seeking a skilled problem solver to join our global Operations Team as a Junior Specialist in Customer Support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers at every stage of our claim-handling process, assessing claims, answering queries, and communicating in a timely, friendly manner via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Utilizing your legal knowledge to advise and assist air travelers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent communication in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
- Experience working with targets.
- Eagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service.
- Satisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile for them.
- You'll enjoy following procedures with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shift system (24/7/365): morning shift 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, evening shift 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, night shift 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
