Job Responsibilities

The Financial Process Lead will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and optimizing our accounting processes. This role requires someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with SAP and Polish taxation rules.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial operations, including running accounting books, performing monthly and yearly closing, and reconciling general ledger accounts.
  2. Prepare management reports with variance analysis and audit schedules, as well as statutory financial statements.
  3. Handle VAT declarations for the Polish legal entity and prepare GUS reports.
  4. Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities.
  5. Be proactive in identifying risk areas and recommend solutions to improve operating effectiveness.

You Will Be Working On:

  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
