This Sales Manager role is a great opportunity to join Sulzer's team and contribute to our growth in the Polish market.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics for the Polish territory, working closely with our experienced sales team and application specialists at our HQ in Switzerland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and progressing opportunities with customers through customer visits, reporting, and presenting our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our Proposals team to produce costing, cash flow, and risk analysis for customer RFQs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure Sulzer's technical/commercial preference positions are maintained throughout the sales process.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of international sales experience, preferably in a service environment of the Renewables, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Chemical industry.
  • High level of flexibility, excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
