Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Administrator at OLX, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce.com environment with a large user base. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless system operation, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce.com environment, including user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate user adoption.
• Recommend solutions to improve user experience and automate processes.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet operational requirements.
• Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to establish processes for administrative, development, and change management activities.
• Assist in training new users and promoting Salesforce adoption across the organization.
• Install, set up, and maintain Salesforce-managed apps and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Cloud (Service and Sales) and Experience Cloud.
• Preference for Salesforce Certified Admin (ADM201 and ADM211).
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Experience with Einstein for Service, Service Cloud Voice, and CRMA is an advantage.
• Working experience with CTI solutions (implementation, maintenance, customization).
• Knowledge of how to integrate with modern IT systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Strong data management abilities, including loading data to Salesforce via data loader, and record of building and running complex reports and queries.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Experience with e-commerce/classifieds platforms is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment is preferred.
