Egnyte, a leading content security and governance platform, is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Specialist to join our growing Sales Engineering department in Poznan, Poland.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented technical professionals who can manage and respond to technical due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) from customers and prospects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the process of responding to DDQs from customers and prospects
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality responses
  • Maintaining and updating a knowledge repository for standard DDQ answers

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Professional Services, or IT Analyst
  • A solid understanding of information security principles, compliance frameworks, and cloud technologies

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives, SEs, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and provide tailored responses.

As a trusted advisor to customers, you will address their technical needs and concerns, assisting the Sales team during technical discussions, demos, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
