xLab Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lab Director to lead the xLab system development and implementation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including scope, budget, and schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the xLab system development and implementation, ensuring it aligns with project assumptions, roadmap, and scope.
  • Lead a team of over 80 FTEs, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop and implement the xLab system.
  • Report to the Project Steering Committee, providing regular updates on project progress and status.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, including software creation and implementation.
  • Practical experience in managing IT projects in the medical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to create and execute a vision for the project.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster collaboration within the project team.

Working Conditions:

  • Stationary work in our Kraków office, with the possibility of hybrid work after onboarding.
  • A rate of up to 155 PLN/h + VAT.
  • Subsidy for peripherals up to 500 PLN.
  • Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5).
  • Co-financing of courses related to the position.
