Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Software Architect to lead our cloud software development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions on Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure cloud-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Write high-quality code in one or more programming languages.
  • Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing sources of issues and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications

We'd love to see:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
