Job Description:

As a GBS Change Manager at JTI GBS Poland sp. z o.o., your primary objective will be to implement change management plans within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, aligning with our overarching goals.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing change management plans to maximize employee adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This will involve performing stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and resistance management. Additionally, you will propose key stakeholder mapping for assigned projects, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
