Job Description
  • Perform order management tasks efficiently and effectively, adhering to processes and timelines.
  • Ensure high-quality output in dedicated areas of responsibility (country-specific or process-oriented).
  • Accurately process customer orders into our order management system.
  • Maintain accurate order details, pricing, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to clarify any order-related queries.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Support, and other relevant departments as needed.
  • Resolve order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Local Sales Support team for seamless order entry process execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A higher education degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support (order management), customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 or higher level). Additional European language skills are optional.
  • Experience in process transition and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
