Hays Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring IBM Integration Bus (IIB) on z/OS.
About the RoleThis is a long-term cooperation opportunity with a leading client in the banking, insurance, telco, and more sectors. You will work remotely and have the chance to implement projects for major players in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Configure SMPE environment for IIB installation and running SMPE commands like apply, accept, etc.
- Create and maintain zFS filesystems for IIB (excluding BPXPRM updates on SYS1.PARMLIB).
- Order necessary TCP/IP configuration for IIB components.
- Configure IP port settings in IIB, including various IP listeners on integration nodes and servers for different purposes.
- Manage RACF security rules for IIB.
- Add or remove IIB user accounts, which are mapped to RACF users and their access rights.
- Create and configure Integration servers.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) on z/OS.
- Knowledge of SMPE, zFS, and TCP/IP configurations.
- Strong understanding of RACF security rules and user management.
- Ability to create and configure Integration servers.
