Job Description
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both English (C1 level or higher) and German (C2 level), as well as proven track record in IT or tech, and recruitment, sourcing, or similar roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online channels such as direct search, job boards, internal databases, and professional networks to identify top talent.
- Engage Passive Candidates: Attract and find passive candidates for our projects using social media and alternative search techniques.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screenings, and providing interview support.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication and customer care.
- Partner with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide valuable market and talent search insights.
- Network Building: Establish connections and manage candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
- Talent Engagement: Elevate Cognizant's presence and promote diversity through dynamic social media advocacy.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in both English and German.
