AML Compliance Director

• Lead the Company's AML compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, license requirements, and legal obligations.
• Oversee a team of AML and KYC/DD professionals, ensuring due diligence on contractual partners is conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day B2B operations of AML risk-based procedures, conducting risk assessments on the Company's AML compliance programs.
• Maintain and adapt the Company's AML/CFT policies in line with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure accurate and consistent record keeping, overseeing B2B customer due diligence processes and maintaining a system for organizing due diligence information.
• Act as the main point of contact with relevant authorities, handling formal and informal requests for additional information.
• Promote employees' awareness of their AML obligations and act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer if needed.

• 5+ years of experience in the online gaming industry, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role as a senior-level AML compliance professional.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations governing the EU and Malta.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills across all levels, both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives.
