About the Role:

As an Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Solutions Expert at Oracle, you will be responsible for accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle EPM Cloud. You will execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success and collaborating with high-performing functions to enable your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
  • Drive transformational deals, working with and influencing C-level decision makers.
  • Collaborate with high-performing, hard-working, and supportive functions enabling your success.
  • Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners.
  • Work with a variety of customers, from charities and healthcare trusts to large, multi-national strategic accounts.
  • Our Sales roles are a combination of new business, expansion, renewals, and account management.

What You Will Bring:

  • You understand the decision-making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers.
  • Experience selling high-end Software as a Service solutions or consulting services to large enterprises.
  • Experience leveraging social media to drive prospects and customer engagement.
  • 5+ years proven sales experience in Enterprise Performance Management cloud solutions.
  • Experience selling to senior-level business owners (head of business unit) or IT Directors is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is mandatory.
