We are searching for candidates who will join the Procurement Digital Transformation Programme team within the procurement function, managing key projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

About the Job:

This role involves managing a portfolio of procurement projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing guidance to team members. The successful candidate will have strong experience in project management, preferably within procurement or supply chain functions.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of portfolio management and resource planning, as well as experience in change control and process optimisation. Familiarity with procurement technology and data management is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Intake, scoping & Prioritisation: Support project intake and assessment, aligning projects with business goals and available resources
  • Demand & Capacity Planning: Oversee demand management and capacity planning to ensure resource allocation meets project requirements
  • Change Control & Compliance: Apply change control processes to maintain project stability and ensure compliance with organisational standards
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of procurement projects, tracking progress, and making adjustments to achieve optimal results
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders in procurement, IT, and finance to ensure alignment with digital initiatives
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate across project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in PMO processes, leveraging best practices in project management and data governance
Required Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Supply Chain or related field
  • Certification(s) in Project Management essential
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and reporting
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
