Automation QA Engineer

Bytamic Solutions, an international IT services and consulting company with headquarters in Vienna, Austria, and subsidiary companies in Warsaw and Poznan, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around €70,000-€90,000 depending on experience.
About the RoleWe work with multinational companies, driving digital transformation and delivering state-of-the-art product development services. As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, performing mobile testing on various devices, testing APIs, querying databases to verify data integrity, and writing automated tests using tools like Appium or similar frameworks.
Responsibilities:- Test user interfaces (UI) across web and mobile platforms.
- Perform mobile testing on various devices.
- Test APIs and ensure proper functionality and integration.
- Query databases to verify data integrity and identify issues.
- Write automated tests using tools like Appium or similar frameworks.
Additionally, you will collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality, write clear and concise bug reports, and test documentation.
Requirements:- Strong experience in UI and mobile testing.
- Proficiency in API testing.
- Ability to query databases and work with SQL.
- Experience in writing automated tests (Appium or similar frameworks).
- Familiarity with checking logs to diagnose and report issues.
- Hands-on coding experience (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
